Indeed, wines, in particular, white and rosé are very sensitive to poor storage conditions.
Lightstrike occurs when a wine is exposed to blue and ultraviolet light, resulting in the transformation of amino acids into particularly foul compounds.
THE OENOLED SOLUTION
In collaboration with the main players of the Champagne world and manufacturers of lighting fixtures, we have studied this problem in detail.
In 2018, the Interprofessional Committee for Champagne Wine (CIVC), established specifications grouping the criteria that all lighting dedicated to this application must meet.
